October Draw Jam 24-hour Comics Take Over

24 hour comics day is back baby (with a twist). This year SAW is inviting you into the space for 24 hour comics day across two days, Saturday October 7 9AM to 9PM, and Sunday October 8, 9AM to 9PM.
We’ll supply the workspace, drawing tools and encouragement. You’ll bring a great comic idea, lunch and snacks!
What:
24 hour comics day is an international challenge: create a 24 page comic in 24 hours. Since 2004 the challenge has run for 24 straight hours. SAW presents a family-friendly alternative. You can read more about the origins of the event here.
When:
October 7 from 9AM to 9PM & October 8 from 9AM to 9PM
Where:
The Sequential Artists Workshop
1314 S Main St, Gainesville FL 32601
Who:
This is a limited capacity event. Please RSVP so we know how many tables and supplies to provide.
Price:
Free, although donations are always appreciated (either when you buy your ticket here or any time through our website).
Important:
While this is a family friendly event, we ask that children under the age of 18 are accompanied by an adult.
