Levitt AMP Ocala: Chris Pierce w/ Evelyn Mohamed

The 2023 Levitt AMP Ocala Music Series presents Chris Pierce with opening artist Evelyn Mohamed on Friday, June 2 from 7 – 9 p.m. at Webb Field at the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Complex.
The performance is free. Please bring your chairs and blankets. Food is available from Royal Hibachi, Wing King, and Kona Ice Ocala. Fun field games and activities with the Ocala Recreation and Parks recreation vehicle.
Each concert in the series features a local non-profit organization working to create art accessibility in our community; tonight’s featured non-profit is Ocala Calligraphy Guild.

HEADLINING ARTIST: Chris Pierce
Chris Pierce is an internationally acclaimed American soul/folk singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. His hit song “We Can Always Come Back To This” was featured on the #1 NBC Primetime TV show “This Is Us” and was nominated for “Best Song/Recording Created for Television” by the Guild of Music Supervisors and also nominated for “Best Song” by the Jerry Goldsmith Awards. His 2021 album, “AMERICAN SILENCE,” has garnered massive critical acclaim from NPR, SiriusXM, The Bluegrass Situation, NoDepression, Rolling Stone, AmericanaUK, and more.
